We’d love to host your event! Our space holds up to 75 guests and is open for private gatherings during non-cocktail hours.

We don’t have a kitchen, so you’re welcome to bring in your favorite bites for private parties! We also have some awesome preferred caterers if you’d like recommendations.
Outside beverages aren’t allowed (we promise we’ve got you covered with plenty of non-alcoholic options). Federal and state laws require us to serve only what we make here at Birch Point.
In the summer, you’ll find food trucks parked outside. In the winter, we cozy up with pizzas and snack pretzels.

Our spirits are crafted from milk sugars — naturally gluten-free and sustainably sourced from local dairy. Through the fermentation and distillation process, virtually all milk proteins and lactose are removed, leaving only trace amounts.
That means our vodka and gin are considered safe for most people with lactose intolerance or gluten sensitivities. However, those with severe dairy allergies (such as reactions to milk proteins) should always use caution, as sensitivity can vary by individual.
We’re all about good spirits and good company. That means everyone’s welcome. Our space and restrooms are fully wheelchair accessible.
Good news for animal lovers: our patio is pet-friendly!
We just ask that furry friends stay leashed, cleaned up after, and on their best behavior. (Sorry, no pets inside the distillery.)
Plans change! We get it! For groups of 6 or more, cancel at least one week ahead for a full refund. Cancellations made less than a week out can’t be refunded or rescheduled.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you take home from Birch Point! You’ve got 30 days from the date of purchase to return any apparel or glassware. Items need to be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. Don’t forget your receipt or proof of purchase so we can make it right.
A few things can’t be returned — that includes any perishable items, gift cards, and bottles of spirits. (Wisconsin law only allows us to accept spirit returns if the product is spoiled or unfit for consumption.)
Yes! Our tours are made for everyone to enjoy. Designated drivers and guests not tasting spirits can enjoy a house-made non-alcoholic mocktail — plus some extra appreciation for keeping the crew safe.
No need to tip your tour guide, but our hardworking servers will happily accept your generosity!
