Seeing an opportunity to turn a waste stream into something valuable, we partnered with local farmers in the Driftless Region to create sustainable, high-quality spirits. We chose sheep’s whey for its distinctive, smooth flavor profile. Our collaboration with Hidden Springs Creamery and the Forgues Family aligns with our values—they prioritize their flock's well-being, allowing the sheep to roam freely, socialize, and enjoy a nutritious diet. Their dedication to ethical care results in a truly unique spirit, perfect for an unforgettable cocktail experience.
