Scott’s love for the earth, engineering, animals, and a great whiskey inspired a vision: a distillery fueled by creativity and local ingredients. Years ago, he dived into bourbon distilling, but the timing wasn’t right, and the dream was put on hold.
In 2024, the call to distill grew stronger. Scott wanted to craft high-quality spirits from our land, and through research, we discovered the unique process of turning milk sugars into spirits. This resonated with Staci, whose dairy industry background sparked a partnership with a local sheep farm, using their whey for a sustainable twist.
Now, we’re blending our passion and local resources to craft a clear spirit from sheep’s milk and a brandy from our own fruit. The journey is just beginning, but we’re thrilled to bring this dream to life—one cocktail at a time!
